The machine is composed of punching unit, marking unit, cutting unit, transverse conveyor, rotating loading device, feeding conveyor, CNC carriage, unloading conveyor, hydraulic system, electrical system, pneumatic system and so on.

For punching unit, there are 3 sets punching die-station on each side, 6 kinds of punches with different diameter s can be installed. 3 sets die-station moves together through CNC control.

For cutting unit, it is single –blade cutting, so the cutting section is smooth and a lot of raw material is saved.

The marking unit adopts closed frame, having good rigidity. There are 4 groups of character box, and each character box can load 18 characters.
